Ok, so i have so many questions about heroes, but two really bug me!.
im rewatching the series, and i'm at the beginning of season two were peter winds up in Ireland in a storage crate!. Now i remember that the hatian put him there and wiped his memory, so why doesnt peter have his ability!? why do peoples powers work around him in later episodes!?
also, why does future peter die in the third series!? he HAS HEALING POWERS! two bullets in the chest wouldnt kill him!Www@Enter-QA@Com

Hi,
The answer to both questions is the same - part of the Haitian's power is the ability to block people from using their powers!. So when he put Peter in the crate he was probably blocking Peter's Empathic Mimicry, so he couldn't absorb the Haitian's power!.
The Haitian was also there when Claire shot Peter, presumably preventing his Cellular regeneration power and causing him to die!.

Peter's power works like this!.!.!.!. He has to remember the people with powers in order to use them! For example if he can't remember Clair Bennett he's not going to be able to heal!
For question number 2!. When future peter got shot he wasn't thinking about a person with the healing power!. And when he did get shot he fell over dead before he could of!.
Plus when he got his memory wiped out he didn't remember how to obtain peoples powers!.

If he doesn't know about the powers he has he can't know to use them!. He's probably running around with all sorts of powers he has no idea about!.
As to the second, I have no clue and it bothered me too!. Maybe she shot him in the head!? Remember when Claire had the branch in her skull she was technically dead until it was removed!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Peter doesn't have the Haitian ability because he has no powers when the Haitian is around!.
