Can someone help me find this britsih kids tv show?!

i am looking for a kids tv show!. i don't no much about it!. it was on in around about 1997 and 1998!. it is a british kids tv show and i think it was on CITV but not sure!. it about a witch who i think lived in forest!.
she had a few friends a scarecrow and a few puppet friends!.
sorry i did not give much information it is because i cant remember it but i remeber watching it!.
i looked all over the internet but had no luck finding it
