Question: When did Donna find out about the Doctor's 2 hearts!?
For some reason, I cannot remember when! It's driving me nuts!. I know she knew about it in the Doctor's Daughter, 'cause she listened to Jenny's heartbeat!. But!.!.!.!. can anyone give me an episode title/number!? Any perhaps describe the scene!? D:

He mentioned it while talking to the Empress of the Racnoss in "The Runaway Bride" (2006 Christmas special where he first met Donna), and Donna obviously heard him and remembered later!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

We know when Martha found out!. (Right at the beginning in the hospital), and we know when Grace found out in the film!. I can't remember exactly when Rose found out, but I'm not surprised!.
But in the same episode (The doctor's daughter) Donna is surprised about the hand;("You are BONKERS") she cries; so she still hasn't really come to terms with the doctor's peculiarities!.
I think probably your probably going to be disappointed if you look for complete coherence in the doctor stories!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
