Back in 2000, there was a show on Fox 11 (California) at 7:00 in the morning every weekday!.
It was about a kid detective with a jock friend, a regular girlfriend, and a nerd friend!.
The show was about mysteries and them solving them!.
It looks to be based in the 80's because they drove old muscle cars and went to old dinners!.
And whenever they'd go on a commercial break, the nerd friend would say, "We'll be back before you can say Pythagorean theorem!."
It was a cartoon too!.
