Brak on adult swim news break?!

I saw this a few years ago, on the "news break" or whatever on adult swim w/ Brak!.!.!.he just goes "tonite on the news!.!. da na nan anana nanana nana da nanananannaa!." and was just making noise more than anything!.!.!.for whatever reason I thought it was hilarious and I can't find a you tube clip or anything from it!.
