Question: I only know Negative Facts about Sharon Abbott, so what do you think her Positive Qualities are as a Wife!?
These are that facts I know about Sharon: From the beginning of her relationship with Nick, Sharon was hiding the fact she had a baby & gave up Cassie for adoption at the age of 16!. Sharon was the first one to cheat on Nick with Diego Guittierrez, when Nick tried to confront her he caught Sharon kissing his Father, so she abandoned Nick & her children!.
During this time Cassie almost died by drowning, but Sharon continued to have an affair with Cameron Kirsten!. After returning home, Nick felt sorry for Sharon and took her back & Sharon decided to become a Stripper, so Nick had to give her a job at Newman Enterprises so as not to embarrass the family, even though the company could not afford to pay her!.
In 2005 Cassie, died as the result of a car accident!. This traumatic loss caused a tremendous strain on Nick and Sharon's marriage!. Sharon turned to her, soon to be brother-in-law; Brad Carlton!. Sharon and Brad were having an emotional affair long before Nick cheated with Phyllis!.
Sharon married Jack, but turned once again to Brad who insisted many times that He and Sharon were meant to be!. Now Sharon is turning to Nick, even though she is still married to Jack, which proves she has not changed her ways & does not know how to be emotionally & physically faithful to her husbands!. Know this I am just curious why there are viewers that want to see Nick & Sharon get back together when time & time again Sharon has proven she can't be trusted!.

I personally don't care what anybody has to say about Sharon, about her being negative etc, i love Sharon, she has always been an upstanding woman, that stood by her man, unlike any other woman on the Y&R, she has been faithful to Nick from the start, and if its anything, its been Phyllis that;s been the skank of a whore on that show, she's been always stealing every woman's man on that show!.I hate her!.

I agree with Cory!. I cant think of anything positive about her!.She is needy,clingy,a hypocrite, a cheater and she thinks she is better then anyone!.Sorry I cant think of anything positive to say about her either!. All the Sharon fans think that she is so much better then Phyllis, at least Phyllis doesn't act like she is a goody two shoes, Phyllis knows what she has done and admits to it, Sharon doesn't think she can do no wrong!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Phyllis is one of favorite characters on the Y & R she does admit to her past and everything she's done wrong and is truly sorry for her mistakes!.I feel she has changed and she is a good wife and mother and she's not perfect either and she's not a phony!.Sharon isn't a bad person and she does have lots of good qualities I don't hate her I hate how people put her upon a pedestal and crap on Phyllis Nick is the one who cheated on Sharon and broke up their marriage if people want to blame someone for their marriage ending they need to put the blame where it belongs and that's at Nick!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
You've got your facts wrong!. Nick cheated first on Sharon, about a year into their marriage, with her so-called best friend Grace!. Sharon eventually forgave Nick and took him back!. She was a good mother!. The only reason she kept silent about Cassie was because Cassie was conceived from a 16 year-old pregnancy!. The "fine" gentleman who was Cassie's sperm donor took off as soon as he found out about the baby!. Sharon was left to deal with the pregnancy !.!.!. 16 years old, still in high school, and taking care of a disabled mother!. Besides going to school full time, she also had to hold down a job in order for her and her mother to eat!. Instead of getting an abortion, she chose to have the child and give it up for adoption!. Other than that, Cassie would likely have starved to death in her care!. Sharon wasn't hiding the fact that she had a child, it wasn't anybody's business!. She had gone on with her life, and had no hopes of ever seeing her child again!. It's something a lot of teenagers can relate to!.
Grace took advantage of Nick one night when he was drunk, making him think it was Sharon he was sleeping with!. A few months later, she got a job alongside Nick and proceeded in seducing him !.!.!. while his wife was pregnant with Noah! Nick and Grace carried on for a long time (sounds familiar!? He never bothered to set Nikki OR Victoria straight about making Sharon's life miserable!. He never even threatened to cut off communication with either of them if they didn't stop taking jabs at her, or mistreating her!. What other wife would put up with something like that!? As for Cameron !.!.!. unless I'm mistaken, that was a one-time thing that happened when Sharon had a melt-down and left her family!. After this one-nighter, Cameron beat the sh*t out of her!. She left, but was still too ashamed to return to her family!. When she did return, her family eventually forgave her absence, but Cameron followed her there and continued to be a nuisance!. Eventually, Sharon struck out and "killed" Cameron in self-defense !.!.!. then we found out that it had all been set up by Cameron and evil-a$$ Grace, who was still out to get Sharon!
Cassie died because Nick ignored the fact that Sharon had grounded her, and she was not supposed to go out and "party"!. After Cassie's death, Nick blamed himself to the point that he shut out Sharon and any of her attempts to get close to him and comfort him!. Nick even admitted his part in their rift a long time later, when he got all of his memory back! In all probability, any other woman in the same situation would've had an emotional affair with someone she was working with!. But that was no excuse for Nick to have a physical affair!. His wife needed him, but he was too wrapped up with his own feelings of guilt to reach out to her!. She'd lost a child too !.!.!. a child that would've still been there if her husband hadn't given permission, behind her back, for the child to go out!
Sharon did not turn to Brad while she was married to Jack !.!.!. Brad pursued Sharon and tried to get her to sleep with him again!. Which she didn't!. And later on, he took up with trailer-trash who took advantage of the fact that he was still grieving over the loss of his wife's daughter!.
That was Nick's excuse !.!.!. but what was Phyllis'!? She's a mother!. How would she have felt if she was still reeling from Daniel's death, or Summer's death, and somebody stepped in, spread her legs, and told her husband - who was also grieving - to come and get it!? How should Sharon have reacted then!? She had reached out to Nick all those months !.!.!. but instead of Nick comforting her, he chose to screw his co-worker!
I think that Nick and Sharon have both matured a lot!. I also think that they've learned from a lot of their mistakes!. If you believe that Sharon will turn to other men for future comfort !.!.!. then you also have to believe that Nick will do the same thing!.
