She met Billy in Malibu, remember when Jana and Kev got married!? Well she saw Daniel hook up with Colleen and she bolted, went to a club and met "Liam"!.!.!.!.at first they thought he was imaginary but he turned out to be Billy!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Amber met Billy ( Liam ) when she was in California for Jana & Kevin's wedding !. She caught Daniel with Desperate Colleen and took off to a bar and met Billy!.
I don't think that Amber knows that Billy is the daddy of Crazy Chloe's baby!.!.!.BUT something tells me that IF she knew > she would keep her mouth shut!. telling the secret would not only take a chance of loosing Billy but also give Cane the chance to get his beloved Little Lily back!.< again, leaving Amber without a man >

Miss Monk is right about how Billy and Chloe met, it was in NY at a newsstand, not in Hong Kong!. And the flashback showed Chloe purposely waiting at the newsstand and as Billy approached, she reached for the magazine at the same time, so she planned the 'accidental' meeting!. I haven't seen anything that suggests that Amber knows Chloe is carrying Billy's baby!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
