I read a spoiler on www!.soaps!.com that Billy asks Chloe if he is the father of her baby and she says "What are you going to do, step up like your brother Cane!? But she doesn't admit it to him!. When Billy leaves, she tells the baby the truth, that Billy is the dad!. It is supposed to happen on tomorrows show, so I cant wait!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
It is obviously Billy's!. Chloe is such a little manipulator that she had to get her hands on not only the man she wanted, but the Chancellor AND Abbott fortunes!.
She was probably plotting on revealing this after she got Cane, maybe even when the baby was older and then getting her hands on two different fortunes!. She probably wants to wait until Lily is out of the picture and Cane has been there for the child for several years wants to be there for the child no matter if he is the biological father or not!.
If it is Billy's baby there is sure to be a lot of drama and great storylines coming up, so I'm hoping it's his!Www@Enter-QA@Com

Why else would she have told him to keep quiet that they had met before the minute she first saw him at Cane's house, and have bribed that nurse to change the date of conception on the ultra sound and begged the doctor not to let Cane know when it was either!?

Well I am almost positive Billy is the father!. How else can you explain all the secrecy between her and Billy!. If he is the father, I hope he bust her out so Lily and Cain can get back together!.
