Where can I find the right TV site to give my script?!

I've watched the folk as queer show and I wrote a parody scenario about this show as the scary movie series, and I want to know where can I give this tothe right poeple since I don't live in the US, I tried to go to the showtime site since it's the show channel, but there i couldn't contact them!.

so please tell me where to go with my scenario!? I want to try my chance in comedy!. it might be the next movie on tv, who knows!Www@Enter-QA@Com
