No, you don't have to win it!.
It was outside, and there were no doors or anything to get in, it was open to everyone!.
The shirts are $35!.
And I went to the Tacoma show, and they did do a meet and greet, afterwords!.
It was the first show of the tour, so they might have done it because they weren't exhausted yet!.
I'd check with the people who work there to see!. Oh and the meet and greet wasn't until 12:30 am!. We had no idea why but we had to wait that long! It was free though!.

Just got back from the tour yesterday and it was great! They performed a total of 40 routines including each dancer's individual solo!. T-shirts are available at the event for $35!.
Meet & Greet backstage passes are only available to those who know the dancers personally, members of the press, or if they are won through contests!. However, the dancers will come out after the show to take pictures and sign autographs for a good amount of timeWww@Enter-QA@Com
