There aren't going to make a movie because this is the last season (Season 8) and two main characters already left the show (Michael Rosenbaum, Lex & Kristin Kreuk, Lana)!. Most of the other actors/actresses are ready to do other things :[[
I do think it is a good idea though because Smallville is the best show ever and I don't want it to end!. But I think another season would probably be more realistic then them making a movie!. And they should at least MAKE TOM WELLING THE NEXT SUPERMAN!!!!!! that would be awesome and a lot more ppl would see it if it had some smallville cast members!. I highly doubt it!. Since Smallville is about the pre-Superman years, making a movie would just be like making a Superman movie, which is already being done!.
