If you look at episode guides, I have seen different systems used, i!.e!., 101, 102, etc for season 1, then 201, 202, etc!. for season 2!. Or, 1!.01, 1!.02 for season 1, then 2!.01, 2!.02 for season 2!.
However, some episode guides do indeed number sequentially starting at 1 and not resetting for a new season!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
