ok!. i just finished season 4, how come the ending when susan went home the person she kissed isnt mike but some guy!. and the starting of season 5 they show a car crash and susan screamin mike's name!.

The first episode of season 5 is now 5 years in the future!. During that 5 years, Susan and Mike get into a car accident!. In that accident, the woman and child in the other car are both killed!. At first it appears that Mike dies in the accident too, but he didn't!. Susan and Mike get divorced because Susan is upset that Mike didn't get the brakes checked by a professional!. He did the work himself!. She thinks that he should act like he feels more remorseful about the accident!. (Really, he has a healthy attitude about the whole thing, He's remorseful, but he can get on with his life knowing that it was just a terrible accident!. AI'm assuming you didn't watch the previous 3 seasons!. In the 5 year jump, mike and susan broke up, because he accidentally killed someone and showed no remore!. They have a now 5 year old son maynard, if you saw season 4, you should know that!. That man Jackson is her new boyfrined!.
