It's not like it got cancelled because they don't have a time slot because they are always playing old re-runs!.

I think it was a combination of being a bit ahead of its time and also appearing to appeal mainly to a nich market (sci fi fans)!.
With shows like Aqua Teen Hunger Force and Family Guy, Futurama seems to make a lot tame and definitely more grounded in reality!. When it came out it was Avant-garde!. It's definitely not a show more mainstream America!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
