Kate was shot in the chest while getting married with her beloved ex-mobster fiance, Sonny!. Anthony Z!. shot her, and meant to shoot her, but is framing Karpov!. Kate does live and she and Olivia, her cousin, have a secret that will be announced on Friday!. It has been said that the secret is that Olivia and Sonny had a child that Sonny did not know about, but we will have to wait till Friday to find out!.
