What is this cartoon show called? Was on Cartoon Network around 3 years ago.Not !

Some guy looks over towards the highway to see a small kid drop his soccer ball in the road!. Without knowing the kid walks across the highway to fetch his soccer ball when a speeding car comes up about to hit the boy, then quickly the observing man runs across the highway and dives to push the little boy out of the way!.The man gets hit by the car and all of a sudden he's a ghost looking down at his body and the people around it!.Then someone shows him to the underworld or whatever where he fights using his technique where he puts his hands together like a gun and charges a huge blast of energy or watever comes out of his finger tips, as he fights through demons!. It's a cartoon with Japanese looking characters in it and it looks a bit old, not like Speed Racer old though!.Please help me find this show!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
