Oh l'm with you on this one!! Mrs C is my pick for best dressed woman, she has the whole package, clothes, hair, jewelery, she's hot!
My worst dressed female would be a tie between Heather and Amber!.
Heather is young but her clothes are never outstanding/interesting, on the other hand, Amber wears some interesting clothes but it always seems to be hurriedly put together!
