I rarely buy them anymore- maybe a special like the Soap Opera Digest Best/Worst of !.
I like the Digest the best-it's been around the longest- in fact I still have a battered copy of the Very First Soap Opera Digest from the 70's
SID-ABC is the worst - they have these Teasing/Screaming Headlines that are usually just Rumor or Speculation and not a REAL story!.
And the commericals for SID/ABC are the Most MISleading- they only say HALF the Headline to get your attention and then you Read the so called 'story' and it's usually Nothing!
They have 'brenda" from GH 'returning" on their covering several times a YR and it NEVER happens!. They have characters "dying" but rarely does the character actually Die-Www@Enter-QA@Com

I have been subscribed to ABC Soaps in Depth for years and I think they are the best!. Their articles are well-written and they frequently report things in an interesting and often humorous way!. They are also very neutral and don't bash actors or seek to humiliate anyone!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I used to buy Soap Opera Digest, but it's just gotten too expensive, so I depend on soapcentral!.com for most of my info!. It seems to be pretty reliable (although the message boards have gotten as bad as some of the others lately) and like someone else said, it's free!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I used to have a subscription to Soap Opera Digest, but then I found www!.soaps!.com and www!.soapcentral!.com and they are just as good as the soap magazines!. They have the spoilers,comings and goings, the updates, newsroom and its free!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I prefer CBS Soaps in Depth because I only watch CBS soaps!. They have great interviews and really show who the actors are!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
