NAME THAT TUNE??? coz its driving me nuts!!!!?!

Hey does any one at all remember a house tune came out about 1998 i think that went a little like this!. Ay What you want ooh yhea, what you need, now ah ah where you from oh wont you please tell me!. This is the only vocals i think the rest is a classic house break Haven't heard it in years and cant remember the name dj or anything but was a bit of a biggie at the time Would be great if any one has any ideas CHEERS BIG EARS!!!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
