Tim was is getting charged with attempted murder & indecent exposure according to some of the news reports ive seen online!.!.
He was caught in a parking lot with NO clothes on & when the securty guard asked him to get dressed & get out of his truck!.!.he got dressed & got in his car, when over a kerb & almost hit the sercurty guard!.!.so hes now being charged!.
According to the report he split from his wife and had been living out of his truck!.!.!.Tim has claimed its all mis understanding!.!.he spilt a drink on himself & took his pants of then panicked & drove away!!!
So dog has decided to do the show without him this season & they have said they will not talk about tim or what has happened on the show
