Jack, Tracy and Ashley meet for coffee!.!.Jack asks them if they would proxy their stock to him if there was a possibility of getting Jabot back, Ashley doesn't want to get involved with another scheme of Jack's and reminds him that legally, he can't be involved with Jabot again!.
Gloria tells hubby that Kay will give 5% stock to them, but then he finds out from Kay that that's not true, so he goes to Glo and reminds her that she should not lie to him!.
Lauren realizes that Eden has never been to a school, so she gives her a quick lesson on teenagers and takes her to school!. The doctor agrees to evaluate Victor but makes no promises about involuntary commitment!. Victor refuses to speak to any psychiatrist and demands that Michael get him out of the hospital!. Victor tries to run the doctor off with his steely demeanor but the psychiatrist isn't going anywhere!. Dr!. Liebross informs Nick, Victoria and Nikki that Victor has a major case of depression and that it could be handled by medication but only if Victor agrees to take it!. Nick and Victoria agree to have Victor committed!. Later, Nick and Victoria ask Victor to sign himself into a psychiatric hospital!. Nick and Victoria make profound pleas to Victor to sign the papers!. Victor is emotionally drained and touched by their words!. Victor agrees to sign them!. Later, Adam arrives in time to hear that Victor has been committed!. As Nikki and Victoria are packing up Victor's things, an orderly comes by to take Victor upstairs but Victoria explains to him that another orderly already took him up!. They all realize Victor planned this and now he is missing!. Phyllis stops by the Abbott mansion to explain to Sharon what is going on with Victor!. Phyllis can't help herself when she lets it slip that Jack isn't in Los Angeles!. After Noah leaves, Sharon calls to check on Ashley's whereabouts and then calls Jack!. Later, Jack calls Sharon and she confronts him about his lies!. Jack covers beautifully, saying she misunderstood him; he is in New York with Ashley!. When Sharon doesn't believe him, he hands the phone to Ashley!. Lauren calls Michael to inform him that they are extraditing River tonight and to hurry down to the jail!. Michael arrives at the jail and Lauren admits to him that she believes he is innocent!. When River comes out in handcuffs and Michael sees how much this is killing River he takes off without a word!. Just as they are about to move River from the jail, Michael arrives stating that he is River's attorney and he has a court order halting the extradition!.
