Classic television shows reborn?!

Question: Classic television shows reborn!?
A few nites ago i sat down with my kids and took a trip back to the 80s & 90s!. The new Knight Rider show was on and my kids, much like i was back in the day, was mesmerized by this cool talking car with a scrolling red light on the hood and all kinds of gadgets and weaponry!. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that this show was not a remake but rather a continuation of the original series!. (Kudos to the writers) For those that have not seen it yet i wont spoil it entirely but the new driver of Kitt is a relation to the original character that drove the car in the old series!. (For all the details you will have to search the net and find the 2 hour movie pilot that aired last year!.)

This got me to thinking; What other shows from that era would be good to see revamped and 'continued'!. NOT remakes, but continuations or evolutions perhaps!. EXAMPLE: Lee Majors old show the Fall Guy!. His character would no longer be the one doing all the hard work but rather be the guru that instructs this generation that takes over the leg work!. etc etc etc!.

What are your thoughts!? What shows would you pick!? How would they work!? Would they be marketable to today's viewers!? And like the 80s & 90s would they be a show that all generations would enjoy!? Www@Enter-QA@Com

They also did the bionic woman, but i was dissappointed there was no real reference to the 6milliondollar man!. But i would be torn betweem "The Man From U!.N!.C!.L!.E!." (spy shows about secret organizations could easily just run off a new generation and just say thay've just been doing it for years) Or "Misfits of science" Kids with superpowers linked by parents in some "firestarter" like experiments running around being heroes without being discovered!. (I believe courtney cox played a telekenitic)!. But todays technology leaves the field wide open for some good science fiction that could have flopped for lack of good graphics!. Let's just hope we don't see M!.A!.S!.H!. the iraqi conflict!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
