omg, i was totally wondering the same thing when i saw her face!.
i remember in the last episode of season 4 there was a raccoon that she put in holly's car and the script called for the raccoon to attack meredith (wikipedia =P) but they took it out so maybe it was the raccoon!? idk, just a theory!.!.!.!.maybe they'll explain it in later episodes but bad things seem to always happen to her =PWww@Enter-QA@Com

Lol yeah it was totally weird that they just let that go unexplained!. It wasn't like it was subtle!.

I have no idea!. It was really weird, and even weirder that it was never explained or even mentioned!. By the end of the show, her face was back to normal!. Maybe the deleted scenes would explain it!?!?
