About two seasons ago they showed merdiths sister (lexy) for the first time and she was pregnant with complications and married!. Then she's a med student working as an intern!? I'm confused!.

The sister who came in pregnant that was Molly!. Meredith's youngest half sister!. Lexie was in med school at the time!. You have never seen Molly though once she left after hvaing the baby!.
