Dr!. Travis Stork is an emergency room physician, who practices at a trauma center in his native Colorado when he is not in front of the cameras for THE DOCTORS!. His credentials include graduating Magna *** Laude from Duke University and earning his M!.D!. with Honors from the University of Virginia!. He completed his three-year residency as an emergency room doctor at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tenn!.

Stork on being involved in the new daytime show was when Dr!. Phil told him that he could educate more people in a one-hour episode than during his entire life in the ER!.

Dr!. Stork has been a regular guest expert on “Dr!. Phil” since March 2007!. He has also appeared on the syndicated talk show, “Rachael Ray!.” Drawing on his personal and professional experiences, he wrote his first book, Don’t Be That Girl: A Guide to Finding the Confident, Rational Girl Within, which was published in January 2008 by Simon & Schuster!. In the book, Dr!. Stork reveals why women must first believe in themselves if they hope to find the type of relationship that will bring them the fulfillment and happiness they deserve!.

An avid outdoorsman, Dr!. Stork is a devotee of mountain and road biking, kayaking and hiking in the Rocky Mountains with his dog Nala!.
