Tv show?? best friends? fox family?!

i used to watch this tv show when i was younger and i cant think of what it was called!. it was about two girls named hannah and grace (i think!) hannah was jewish and lived in a small house with her family!. grace was a wealthy girl that lived in a big house (i think with just her mother!.) it also came on the fox family network!.

have any ideas!?
