Sometimes, but rarely, advance copies of shows are leaked and copies end up online!. It's more common with pilots or season openers than other episodes!.
There is no way to consistantly watch programs online before their air time!. Finding those episodes that are leaked earlier, you'll need to individually search for them on various TV sites and search engines!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
