I've never seen 'The One Show' so I can't comment but I know what you mean, a giggling/flirty 30 plus woman is uneccessary !.!.!.!.!. I had better stop doing it myself then! lol

she is just a naturally happy person - if I'm feeling a bit miserable and she comes on all happy, giggly and smiling I just turn the t!.v!. off, but I like her most of the time!
