They probably have to keep her on the small side so she can run up and down the basement stairs to Nat!. I think she'll have the baby, but it will die!. And I think Todd will give Starr's baby to Jessica and tell Starr that her baby died!. That way Todd's neice can raise the kid and Marcie will be out of luck as far as adopting goes!. And!.!.!.!.Todd will be found out!.
