kakashi got his sharingan from his teammate obito uchiha!. once when their team consisting of rin, kakashi and obito went on a mission, kakashi lost his eye and obito got crushed by rocks!. but before dying and as a present to kakashi for becoming a jounin, obito asked rin to transplant his sharingan eye to kakashi!.
very sad!. i cried when i read that part!.
