Youtube users...is this copyright infringement?!
Question: Youtube users!.!.!.is this copyright infringement!?
Season 6 of One Tree Hill is on tv now, and i watched the 5th season when it was on tv, so I got the first disc of season 5 on dvd from blockbuster so i can watch the speacial features, so I was wondering, is it copyright infringement if I take my camera, and record some cool special features that I think are funny and upload them!? Like is it legal!? Like if I just put "No copyright infringement intended" on the video details!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
Answers:
It is technically illegal, since you're allowing people who have NOT paid for the product to view it (which is odd, since you could just as easily invite them all over to your house to watch it!.!.!.well, maybe not JUST as easily, hah)!.
Honestly though, if it's against YouTube's policy, they'd just take it off, no big deal!. You'd might as well upload it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Absolutely!
If you copy it in any way and upload it to the public it is copyright infringement!.
You could get away with making a copy for YOU ONLY but remember that if you make a copy of any copyrighted material, that is a copy that the author did not receive compensation for!. Thus being copyright infringement!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
