I'm so glad Supernatural finally came back!. I wasn't sure about that episode though, now there's an angel in Supernatural!? It seems wrong to me, because it never seemed like a show that would involve God, but then again, remember that one episode, Houses of the Holy!?
It was good, but I really got pissed when they changed Ruby! I liked Ruby wayyyy better before!.
And why the hell didn't Sam tell Dean that he had those special powers!?!!? Yeah, Dean might not be very accepting of it for a while, but he would have to get over it! It's not like Sam to lie like that to Dean!.
It was a good episode, but I thought it didn't really seem like the old SP episodes!. I am really glad that Dean is back though, and it is only the first episode of the season, maybe I wil start to like this new Ruby!.

I loved it!! From start to finish I was on the edge of my seat!! Even with all the spoilers I had read about this episode it was still full of suprises!!
SPOILER ALERT*****
First, I nearly fell off my seat when I realised Kristy was actually RUBY!!! I thought the same about the implied relationship between her and Sam - in the spoilers I read before I saw the episode, it said that Sam had found himself a girlfriend called Kristy and that she would be in at least the first five episodes!?!?!? I'm not too sure about the implied relationship between Sam and Ruby - he said in the diner that he still doesn't trust her and I can't really see him sleeping with a demon, as it would go against all his principles but that doesn't explain the bra that Dean found in the hotel room or the fact that she answered the door in her underwear!?!?
also, I was really surprised when Pamela was blinded - I heard she was going to be a recurring character and they blinded her in her first episode!! That was pretty unexpected!. And Sam can exorcise demons with the power of his mind!! Is there nothing that guy can't do - wow!!!
Castiel looks like a really interesting character but I don't think I trust him!. Maybe he's a fallen angel!?!?!? There's definitely something dodgy about him!. I loved the bit when he showed Dean his wings - it made me think of the season 2 episode 'Houses of the Holy' when Dean was saying how you file 'Angels' under 'bullcrap'! And I just laughed out loud when Bobby chucked the holy water in Dean's face!! Dean's expression was priceless and it was so smoothly done, y'know, they hug, Dean is in the middle of explaining things he turns around and BAM! Bobby just chucks the holy water right at him with a completely serious expression on his face!! Priceless!! ; ) I also loved Dean's "You're not invited!" line - very cute : )
I had seen the opening five minutes on that really bad youtube video but it was fantastic seeing Dean getting out of his grave on a proper video where I could see exactly what was going on! The only teeny, weeny little ickle complaint I have about 'Lazarus Rising' is that I thought the reunion of Sam and Dean might have been a bit more heartfelt - maybe a tear or two!? Or maybe I'm just being a girl about that ; ) But I absolutely loved this episode - I'm off to watch it again now on surfthechannel before it gets removed! ; )Www@Enter-QA@Com
