Answers:
The Justice league goes out looking for clark and the green arrow finds him at a shady russian camp!. he buys him from them and then try to find chloe!. clark is also now powerless thanks to jor-el!. jor-el strips him of his powers in order to save him from being controlled by lex!.
chloe is being held against her will by a guy that works for lex luthor!. he somehow finds out about her "new" powers aside from the ability to heal!. i'm assuming that her new power (a super high IQ & figures out EVERYTHING) is from Brainiac from the season finale (she probably inherited or absorbed his knowledge about everything when he tried to mess up her central nervous system, which was the same thing he did to lana)!.
lois breaks into the luthor mansion as a maid to find chloe and is caught by Tess Mercer, Luthorcorps new CEO, appointed by Lex!. She later ends up in the same building where chloe is held captive in time to run into clark (green arrow is also there)!. chloe, unknowingly gives the location/coordinates of the remaining members of the justice league but figures it out!. luthor's men captures black canary and aquaman & later green arrow!. the inject green arrow with a serum that makes him do their bidding!.
green arrow finds clark and demands to know where lex is, thanks to lex's men!. he shoot clark with his arrows twice and clark is dying!. the serum wears off, and green arrow rushes over!. Chloe comes in time to see clark dying and tries to use her healing powers, but no longer has them!.
martian manhunter returns and flies clark towards the sun which heals him and gives him back his powers!. clark then ends up back in the barn!.chloe and jimmy see each other and jimmy takes back his proposal and decides to remain friends!.
oh, and clark is now working at the daily planet right next to lois!.

i thought the same thing! What happened to chloe what is she! What is with this new power! also how did chloes power not work!
