What do u think of complaints on eastenders?!

Some people need to learn that

a!. Things like this happen in real life and that by tackling them in such a way Eastenders is educating people (especially those young girls who are currently in such a situation) that it is wrong, it needs to stop and how to stop it

b!. Where the remote control is to turn it over or off, if you don't like it, don't watch it!

Personally I feel sorry for the actor who plays tony and all the abuse he is going to get in real life from saddo's who cant tell the difference between character and actor - Brave man!Www@Enter-QA@Com

I am not up to scratch about the complaints or what they are about, I have 2 points: one is if I contacted the tv companies every time I disagreed with a story line on soaps I would be forever doing it, the next is, I think it is legitimate and intelligent to complain/ comment about ones viewing to the correct channels, this helps the writers/producers etc to understand/ learn and take note of different attitudes within the viewing population, just to swath the tv off is ignoring and not challenging something that might inherently be wrong!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

While everyone is entitled to there opinion, i find it amusing how
people have nothing better to do other than contact the BBC to complain about anything they do not agree with ,
If there happens to be something on th tv i do not really agree with or not want to watch i would just turn over, i wouldnt try and inflict my views on others by complaining as 99% of the time i would be the minority so why would i would anyone want to spoil things for the majority!?!?!?

it annoys me that the papers quote the troll who begins a complaint thread on the bbc website but never mention all the subsequent posts that tell the troll to get a life!.

I think it is quite pathetic to be honest!.!. i think the Tony & Whitney story line is really good it shows viewers that this does happen in real life and this happens to young children!!!
All they are doing is making you aware of this and all people do is compain!.!.!. they need to get a life!!!!

i dont see the problem with the story lines
they may not be very pleasant but they hit real life storys
and make people more aware of it
and if anybody is in a similar situation they can relate to it
and hopefully help themselves
