VHS and DVD collections were released for all four former Playhouse Disney series (you should run a search on Amazon!.com for used copies; it's highly unlikely that more than brief clips exist on YouTube and the like)!.
And besides!.!.!."Rolie Polie Olie" (a French-made import) is not Disney property!. Metal Hurlant (the Paris-based studio which made this show) no longer has a license deal with Disney!.
