this may have been a re-run but i'm not sure!. i on;y watch every so often!. okay so its toward the end of the episode and when patient said something about her former boss, and the female doctor kind of flips out on her!. The patient says some thing along the lines of "Just because you want something doesn't mean that you get it!. I'd rather be close to the birds than wishing i had wings"

It was the season premiere!. If you want the exact quote and you get the USA network on TV, you can watch it again Sept 26th at 11pm eastern!. It's a minute longer than an hour, so make sure your DVR gets the whole thing!. A lot of people are whining that their tivo cut off before the end!.
