Question: Name that television show!!?
It usually started in a really quiet area of some town where people are minding their own business when a Nokia phone rings!. A man then pulls out a three foot tall phone and screams into it, scaring all the normal people around him "HELLO!? YEAH! YEAH! ALRIGHT THEN CIAO!" It was one of those shows where outrageous things happened and you watch reactions of unsuspecting people around but this was before the crappy reality show kick came about!.
