Please help me find a Saturday Night Live video on the internet.?!

The day was March 17th, 1990!.!.!. Saturday Night Live, hosted by Rob Lowe!. He introduced me to the "trout dance" on the sketch Sprockets called that day "Dieter's Dance Party"!. My life has never been the same since that day!. Please help me find this video somewhere on the internet! I would really love to see it once again!.
