The Hills in a sense is a spin-off of Laguna Beach!. It follows the life of Lauren 'LC' Conrad after leaving Laguna Beach and moving to LA!. The only people from LB (Laguna Beach) that are regularly on The Hills is Lo, who was in season one and two of LB!. Which makes me ask, why hasn't Lo been added to the opening credits, since she is obviously a part of the show now!? Anyways, other than Lo, Heidi was also on Laguna Beach but she wasn't even a cast member on the show, she was in only a couple episodes of LB at the end of season two!. Jason Wahler (Lauren's ex, also seen on season two of LB) was on season one of The Hills and has been in and out of episodes up till this season I believe, and Stephen Coletti (season one and two of LB) was also in a couple episodes of The Hills last season!. I don't know who it was that was fighting, as there are many rivals on The Hills!. Lauren, Spencer/Heidi is the biggest feud that has been going on since season two or three I THINK!.!.!.to be honest I can't remember!. Then there is Lo and Audrina who aren't getting along!. Do you remember what they looked like!?
I don't really keep up with the show anymore like I used to (yes, I'll admit it, I was hooked, lol) but from what I understand Lauren ended her friendship with Heidi because of a couple reasons!. 1!. She couldn't stand Spencer and 2!. The rumor Heidi and Spencer supposedly started about Lauren and Jason making a sex tape!. Apparently, the rumor was posted all over the internet, and even Lauren's parents in LB heard about it!.
