Whistler and Mahone tries to convince Michael to join them destroy the company but Sara is the only one that Michael is thinking of!. Whistler gets shot in the head by Wyatt, he retrieves Scylla!. He gives it to his old looking boss and commanded him to wipe everyone close to Mahone - Mike, Linc!.!.etc!.
Michael goes to Chicago to track Sara until cops saw him and got arrested!. Linc who is in Panama with Sofia and LJ also got arrested after defending their life from a company killer!. Bellick and Sucre gets picked up by Bellick's Mom in Arizona ?, Bellick drove Sucre to the hospital to see his baby where there is a police set-up waiting to happen!. *thanks to his supposed sister-in-law* Wyatt made his first drop to Mahone's family, when Mahone pulls up outside his wife's house it was already contained by cops, he fell down!. He gets arrested too!.
Don Self whose an agent asks Michael to get Scylla in order to take down the company in exchange for freedom!. But still, he wants to find Sara!. Self tells him his brother got arrested and will be arriving soon!. When Linc arrived they discussed how they are going to bring the company down, they figured they are going to need help from Mahone since he was Whistler's contact!.
