I know this is random, but what kid tv show is this?!

I can only describe what I remember!. It was puppets like Sesame Street!. I only remember one character!. It was a boy puppet and his name was Sky!. He was yellow with blue hair!. I think he wore a hat!. Like one of those fan hats!. And I think they lived in a green house!. I know there were more characters but that is all I remember!. There was also a different show!. I forget any characters names but the guy would always do jumping jacks!. And it was a childrens show!. Idk why I want to know so badly!. Please help!Www@Enter-QA@Com
