I've usually not home when this high-quality series is shown so tape it and watch it at leisure!. On paper I really shouldn't like this American import at all - but I do!.
MEDIUM can be VERY good indeed!. Some of the episodes from the previous three series have had the most ambiguous, violent and weirdest storylines imaginable and yet were highly entertaining and thought provoking, perhaps because the actors and scriptwriters are of a uniformly high calibre!.
The series is, at its best, absolutely terrific and at its worst it's still pretty damn good!.
