Question: Does anybody know the real name of "The Janitor" played by Neil Flynn in Scrubs!?
Answers:
The writers of the show are thinking of keeping the name "Jan Itor" from a few of the episodes as his real name in the finale, but I also heard that they will just call him "Neil Flynn" and make it out as he is the real person working as a janitor, the episode where you see him watching a Movie of him self backs this up, the movie was Fugitive, where he is the cop and tells JD that he is the actor!.

He is only referred to as Janitor!. Janitor has appeared in every episode, except for the season two episode "My Lucky Day!." Www@Enter-QA@Com
