Can i watch on-line TV although i do not live in USA? ?!

I want to watch The CW channel online but when i clicked “watch online” it says “This service is currently available to viewers living in the United States!.” If i hide my ip adress ,can i watch it then!? Or!.!.is there any way to watch it as i live in Usa!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
