I don't think he can!. I don't remember from past seasons if it was top 4 or top 3 that could play for HOH!. Memphis asked the producers in the Diary Room and they said that he can't play!. Jerry thinks he can play but other houseguests say he can't!. We will find out on Thursday!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
