If it's a song that's already out there, then BB has to pay if it is showed on-air!.
If it's a song that the housemate made-up, then they can sing it!.
If it's a song that BB has already played, during a task or as wake-up music, etc, then they can also sing that song!.
Essentially, they ARE allowed to sing, but if it's a copyrighted song, then they can't show it on television, unless they've paid for it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
