Many people ignore the fact that the only reason many of their favorite shows are funny is because The Simpson's paved the way!. What's funny on today's shows are their ability to write openly and freely and no show did that before The Simpson's!.

Homer alone has endless quotables!. Then theres moe sizlack, troy mcclure, nelson, ralph wiggum!.!. family guy is lame because all they do is parodies of other stuff, no real story line its a lot easier to write!.
