okay i was watching CNN and this happens on every other channel too i was watching CNN in one TV in regular and in another in HD and in the HD i saw people talk and then 2 seconds later they would say the same thing on the regular TV so HD seems to be faster so i don't get it is it actually live!?!? thanks!Www@Enter-QA@Com

Some TV's may have different quality's which give it different speeds for download!. Yes it is live just sending it over!.
