personally if i was going to murder someone I'd be in a clock tower with a sniper rifle!. However if it was going to be in cold blood, with a knife or a blunt object, I'd wait near somewhere they walked passed everyday!. Somewhere that not many people go and near a place like a forest or river so i could dump the body!. It all depends!. you need to look at every little detail!. Mainly, The Weapon, The Locations Available and The Victim!.
