I know this topic was discussed yesterday, but I didn't get a chance to see the scene!.!.Nikki and Mrs C!. Yowza! If the academy doesn't trip all over themselves to give MTS an emmy nom based on THAT performance alone I don't know what it would take! That was so dramatically heartbreaking! That was a great acting from both those ladies - a real treat for us longtime Y&R viewers agreed!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Wow, wow, wow! MTS was perfect yesterday!. If she doesn't receive at least an emmy nomination, I will be outraged!. (She deserves a win for those scenes though!)
That said, she may not be nominated because of the flawed pre-nomination system which allows actors to shut out cast mates who they do not enjoy!. That's why Victoria Rowell was often overlooked as well, she and Melody, sadly, are not well liked by the cast of Y&R!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I am the one who brought it up yesterday, and thank you for saying it again !!! It was VERY impressive acting on both their parts !! It has been awhile since I have seen acting that good on a soap!. I felt like my heart was going to burst in sympathy for Nikki!.!.LOL!.!.!.I was crying and I wanted to give her a hug!. I agree totally on the Emmy nomination!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
That was a great scene!! Nikki definitley actedd drunk, but Kay's face when she realized Nikki was drinking again was amazing!. It was totally convinving that they had been friends for years!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
